4th European Congress on Intrapartum Care: Making Birth Safer

The new edition of the European Congress on Intrapartum Care which will be held in Turin, Italy on 2019 will specifically focus on setting the scene of birth in Europe, women-centered care, induction and augmentation of labor, labor in specific situations, intrapartum clinical targets, intrapartum care, maternal morbidities and mortality, and improving organization and teamwork in labor care.



ECIC 2019 is jointly organized by the European Association of Perinatal Medicine and the European Midwives Association.



This congress likewise offers the opportunity for all healthcare professionals to exchange their ideas and experiences, and to establish updated information on the key aspects of labor and delivery. ECIC 2019 is dedicated towards reducing maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity, and it aims to promote excellence in all aspects of intrapartum care.
