Following in the footsteps of COPHy's long-standing tradition, the 17th Annual Congress on Controversies in Ophthalmology will take place on March 20-21, 2026 in Krakow, Poland. This premier meeting will once again strive to maintain the highest of standards and, as in the past, will continue to focus on the debates concerning controversial issues in ophthalmology, the core of the congress. The agenda will focus on innovations and controversies on retina, uveitis, neuro-ophthalmology, and glaucoma. Key opinion leaders from across the globe, will present two opposed approaches to controversial issues. Each topic presented will be followed by a live discussion of ophthalmologists experienced in the area being discussed. Allowing ample time for speaker-audience discussion, the Congress aims at reaching up-to-date recommendations to ongoing debates even when data remains limited, through evidence-based medicine, including expert opinion. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in this vibrant meeting which will facilitate discussions on the shared experiences and opinions of leading local and international experts.URLs:Tickets: https://go.evvnt.com/3467632-0?pid=5569LinkedIn: https://go.evvnt.com/3467632-3?pid=5569Facebook: https://go.evvnt.com/3467632-4?pid=5569Date and Time: On Friday March 20, 2026 at 8:00 am to Saturday March 21, 2026 at 6:20 pmVenue details: CKF13, 13 Fabryczna, Krakow, Wojewodztwo malopolskie, 31-553, PolandPrices:Full Participation Physicians and Scientists: EUR 570.00,Full Participation Physicians and Scientists from Poland: EUR 300.00,Full Participation Trainees*, Nurses, Students**: EUR 190.00,Full Participation Registration Rates for Developing Countries***: EUR 260.00,Full Participants from Ukraine****: EUR 260.00,Full Participation Industry Representative*****: EUR 780.00Speakers: Anat Loewenstein, Baruch Kuppermann, Stanislao Rizzo, Andrew Lee, Paolo Lanzetta, David Almeida, Sobha Sivaprasad, Annirudha Agarwal
