The Course introduces participants to the key measures approved by the EU for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in transport sector and logistics with special attention to the innovation of ports and ships and to the adoption of integrated rules on the promotion of energy from renewable sources. It provides a clear overview of the latest developments with focus on the adopted measures to promote sustainable maritime and air transport, digitalisation and adaptation of ports and ships, sustainable urban mobility, multimodal transport hubs and a comprehensive and complete network of alternative fuels infrastructure.
