Surpass centricity: Diversify, embed, and champion patient voices from Clinical to Commercial The way pharma gets a glimpse through the patient lens is changing, fast. If you're not focused on embedding the lived experience across the entire organization and adapting your internal infrastructure to enable it in actionable terms, you're already falling behind. Independent Patient Review Committees, patients as Chief Patient Officers and Vice Presidents of Patient Advocacy are becoming the norm. The way we interact with patients and advocacy groups in R and D, trials and commercialization is rapidly adapting to encompass growing online communities, social media influencers, and other digital channels. And novel hybrid engagement strategies that put patient need and preference above all else are now beyond an expectation. Pharma and Patients USA 2021 will bring together a diverse range of patient and pharma voices leading the way in embedding lived experience across the value chain, from research to post-launch. Attendees will hear from those at the forefront of evolving patient engagement, inclusion and partnerships to meet unmet needs, and ensure disease-appropriate diversity, inclusion, and equity is demonstrated at all levels. The event will address three core pillars: - Embed patient lived experiences: Build long-term, meaningful relationships with a diverse range of patients and advocates from early R and D onwards as well as hiring patients into your workforce to truly amalgamate the pharma and patient voices. - Redefine your patient outreach and engagement strategy: Become digitally native to engage with maturing virtual communities and social media influencers. Provide in-person and virtual touchpoints to meet new patient preferences by refining pandemic hot-fixes, advancing telemedicine capabilities, and scaling pilots to enable better-decentralized care options- Achieve diversity, inclusion and health equity from pre-clinical to post-launch: Ensure every voice living with the disease is represented proportionately in mindful advocacy partnering, patient panels and in clinical trial data to generate valuable PROs, meet approval requirements to provide the best possible patient journeys.   Date and Time: 02 Nov, 09:00 To 04 Nov 2021, 17:00
