Memo

With the release of President Biden Administration's Domestic Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems National Action Plan in April 2022, and the new Counter UAS legislation - 'Safeguarding the Homeland from the Threats Posed by Unmanned Aircraft Systems Act of 2023'- it is evident that countering the threat of sUAS has become a key priority for the US. Modernizing US C-sUAS capabilities has therefore been a priority to enable the DoD and Military to protect personnel, assets, and locations from the proliferation of illegal and hostile drones. Now in its 3rd edition, this year's Counter UAS Technology USA agenda features a broader range of organizations and themes, providing you with exclusive access to the latest updates and solutions to enhance future C-sUAS capabilities. What's new for 2023? . New Topics and Speakers This year's agenda features an increased focus on interagency cooperation and collaboration, testing, training and interoperability exercises, as well as enhancing multi-layered capabilities. With a total of 36 military speakers, this year's programme also includes briefings from key new organisations, such as PEO Missiles and Space, AMD Cross Functional Team, Fires Centre of Excellence (FCOE) and Fort Sill, the Department of Energy, DDR and D, Israel Ministry of Defence, among others. . DoD Panel Join our brand-new panel of Senior US DoD Speakers as they discuss interagency collaboration efforts to advance effective policy and technology to counter illicit UAS. Participating organizations include: the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R and E), US Air Forces Central (AFCENT), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
