Introduction: More than 200 people attended the inaugural event in 2019. With pent-up demand for the event as the economy continues to reopen, CAPRE'S NORTH AMERICAN INVESTMENT FOR STUDENT HOUSING ASSETS will build upon our initial success and relationships. Indeed, we are in a unique position to execute an event with more than 300 attendees, given our extensive relationships and database collection. Canada, with a population of 38 million (comparable to the state of California), is a rapidly-growing and maturing student housing market.
