The 7th International Stem Cell Meeting of the Israel Stem Cell Society will be at the Dan Panorama Hotel in Tel Aviv, Israel on November 12-13, 2019. In recent years we have witnessed major breakthroughs in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine. In particular, stem cells are now being used to model human disease in a petri dish in addition to their abilities in cell therapies and tissue engineering. Some stem cell therapies are being evaluated in clinical trials and also molecules involved in stem cell function are being interrogated for their abilities to activate endogenous tissue repair mechanisms. These basic and translational advancements in the stem cell field along with other key topics will be covered during the Meeting and will be discussed in depth with the participation of speakers of high repute as well as attendees. We have already obtained the consent of several international world leaders in stem cell research to share their recent findings with us. The program will be complemented with a professional exhibition, offering scientists an opportunity to take an active part, and for the exhibitors to collaborate with decision makers in many aspects of the field. Sponsors, company representatives and professional organizations are cordially invited to participate in this important international event. The Meeting is expecting over 300 participants. Your presence and contributions will enhance the overall scientific value of the event. All participants are welcome to submit abstracts for both oral and poster sessions. Tel Aviv, located on the shores of the Mediterranean, is a major cultural center in Israel, boasting an array of museums, galleries, and theatres. November is a wonderful time to leave the cold weather in Europe and USA to enjoy some relaxing days along the famous seashore of Tel-Aviv, just near the old city of Jaffa, where our meeting venue is located.
