This international Conference on Gastro Intestinal Cancer is becoming a traditional educational event in the lovely city of St.Gallen. The meeting is organized under the auspices of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC). Experts from all fields interested in gastrointestinal oncology (surgical, medical and radiation oncologists, gastroenterologists, pathologists, radiologists, epidemiologists, basic scientists) from all over the world are expected to attend this bi-annual conference. This time there will be a focus on oligometastatic disease and will conclude with a Consensus session again.
