Publication: All academic papers will be submitted to the technical committee for double-blind peer review according to the reviewing policies. After the reviewing, accepted papers will be invited to be presented either on-site or online, and will be published in the Springer LNBIP conference proceedings (Electronic ISSN: 1865-1356, Print ISSN: 1865-1348), which can be indexed in DBLP, EI Compendex and Scopus. LNBIP volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings.   Conference proceedings for past years have been indexed successfully by EI Compendex and Scopus three months after online.
