The 4th International Symposium on Smart and Healthy Cities (ISHC2022) will be held in Shanghai, China during December 16-17, 2022. ISHC is jointly organized by University of Toronto, Fudan University, Institute on Networking Systems of AI (INSAI). Since then, it has been successfully held for three times in Shanghai (2019, 2020, 2021) respectively, and it has attracted hundreds of participants and become a platform with great influence on Chinese, North American and European government, enterprises, scientific research institutions. It welcomes author submission of original and significant contributions. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of three independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. All accepted papers of the conference will be published by IEEE, and sent to IEEE Xplore, EI, Scopus etc. for indexing.
