Memo

This workshop is aimed at advanced technology reviewing and field application experience sharing among the experts and engineers on the full cycle of E and P of carbonate fields. We pay attention to mature fields in Volga-Urals and Timan-Pechora basins, green fields in Eastern Siberia and the Northern seas, which are noted for the complex structure of pore systems and a variety of fluid types, from geology and classification, modelling to development and stimulation. We are closely monitoring the impact of the coronavirus on travel and events. At this time, we are moving forward with our plans to host the workshop in Moscow. If those plans change, we will notify everyone involved through emails and the websites. Why Attend?- Learn from Speakers and Experts: The agenda includes research-based, field-tested industry topics so attendees receive current and relevant technical knowledge.- Engage in Technical Content: SPE workshops are highly focused on a given technical topic and provide an in-depth review in a short amount of time.- Network with Your Peers: Discover a collaborative learning experience, whilst connecting with peers facing similar business and technology challenges. The traditional SPE workshop on Carbonates will be held for the sixth time in Russia. It is devoted to the full cycle of carbonate fields E and P, from geology and modelling to field development and EOR. This workshop will gather key experts from Belarusneft, Gazprom Neft, LUKOIL, Rosneft, Tatneft and Zarubezhneft, major service companies and research universities. We will pay special attention to mature fields in Volga-Urals and Timan-Pechora basins, green fields in Eastern Siberia and the Northern seas, which are noted for the complex structure of the pore system and variety of fluid types. Many of the presentations are based on case studies, highlighting engineering achievements and lessons learnt. We do not publish materials or reports from the workshop on open access and we hold events without the press, so participants have the opportunity to discuss everything openly. What you need to know about the SPE Workshops:- An SPE workshop is a multi-day event that fosters knowledge sharing in an intensive learning experience. It provides brief technical presentations followed by extensive Q and A and discussion.- The workshop's programme committee members solicit presentations from top industry professionals. This ensures a robust technical programme with presentations that are laser-focused on critical industry topics.- Since proceedings are not published, SPE workshops provide an environment for frank, open discussion. Presentations are provided to participants after the workshop if approved for release.- Presentations may not have promotional or commercial elements, so the agenda is truly an objective review of the technical topics.SPE workshops are highly focused on a given technical topic and provide attendees with an in-depth review in a short amount of time. The agendas include research-based, field-tested industry topics so attendees receive current, relevant technical knowledge.- Income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programmes. When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, certification, the Distinguished Lecturer programme, and SPE's energy education programme Energy4meĀ® are just a few examples of programmes supported by SPE.TOPICS FOR DISCUSSIONSession 1: Carbonate Reservoir Geology and Principles of modeling their Structure and PropertiesSession 2: Carbonate Reservoir DevelopmentSession 3: Carbonate Reservoir Stimulation and Recovery OptimizationRound Table: "Undeveloped Reserves: Production Prospects"WHO ATTENDS?CEOsSenior ExecutivesReservoir EngineersResearch and Development ScientistsURLs:Tickets: https://go.evvnt.com/1030593-0?pid=5569Facebook: https://go.evvnt.com/1030593-2?pid=5569Prices:SPE Member: RUB 49200.0,SPE Nonmember: RUB 56400.0Speakers: Dmitry Antonenko, Zarubezhneft, Boris Belozerov, Gazpromneft STC, Alexander Gavura, Lukoil-Engineering, Irina Gurbatova, Independent Expert, Mikhail Karpushin, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Azat Lutfullin, Tatneft, Alexander Melnikov, Gazpromneft STC, Nikita Morozovsky, Rosneft, Sergey Nekhaev, Gazpromneft Razvitie, Petr Povzhik, BelNIPIneft, Nikita Popov, PermNIPIneft, lya Sereda, Rosneft, Alexander Shandrygin, Gazprom VNIIGAZ, Valentina Zhemchugova, Lomonosov Moscow State UniversityDate and Time: On Wednesday March 23, 2022 at 10:00 am (ends Thursday March 24, 2022 at 6:00 pm)
