Day one of the course will provide an in-depth look into governance and how cyber risk fits into risk management. The integration of cyber risk and IT will then be considered before looking at best practice approaches to designing, implementing and managing a cyber risk programme. The day will end with approaches to risk analytics and data. Day two continues with approaches to modelling cyber risk before covering third party vendor risk and how to continually manage the risk profile. The training will conclude with a two-part session on incident management and BCP, with an interactive group activity run by Aon which will ask the question ‘how resilient is your environment’?
