2022 IEEE Conference on Telecommunications, Optics and Computer Science (TOCS2022) will be held virtually during December 11-12, 2022. It is organized by Zhengzhou University with an objective to serve as a platform for scientists, researchers, engineers and developers from a wide range of telecommunications, optics and computer Science to exchange ideas and applications. This will enable us to solve challenging problems in our society so that we may contribute to our world. As an academic conference, TOCS2022 is expected to provide opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of three independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. All accepted papers will be published in IEEE, and sent to indexed by IEEE Xplore, EI, Scopus for indexing. Topics include but not limited to: 1.
